Information You Give Us
When you send an enquiry through the Check Availability form, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you provide it
- Your event date, venue or city, event type and estimated guest count
- Any additional details you write in the form
If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
Information Collected Automatically
Campaign details: if you arrive through a link that carries campaign tags (for example from Google or Instagram), a first-party cookie called arv_attr stores those tags, the first page you visited and the referring website for up to 90 days. If you send an enquiry, these details are saved with it so we know which channel it came from.
Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how visitors arrive.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API: we use Meta's tools to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show ads to people who have visited this website. The Pixel records page views and whether an enquiry was sent. When an enquiry is sent, your email address and phone number are also sent to Meta in hashed (encoded) form so Meta can match the enquiry to an ad. Meta does not receive the content of your enquiry.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How Long We Keep It
Enquiry information is kept for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
The arv_attr cookie expires after 90 days. Google and Meta keep data according to their own retention settings and policies.

Enquiries are stored in a password-protected database and are accessible only to Alireza. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
